Having the support of another is something that has fundamentally shifted my life in profound and beautiful ways many times over. I know I am someone who deeply thrives and is nourished by having that kind of 1:1 support.

I am a musician, artist, student, teacher + sensitive intuitive.

I practice in the realm of stillness, inviting compassionate presence, playful curiosity and organic unfoldment to what is most alive in the moment.
Through over 2 decades of practice (and truly, lifetimes), I pull from various lenses including vocal + stage work, nervous system and somatic oriented
practice, dance + improvisation, whole being integration, as well as reading the field + body energetics.

I am a graduate of both the prestigious Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School for Music and Art + the Performing Arts and the New England Conservatory of Music. My devotion to the art of creation has taken me across the globe as well as many stages including Carnegie Hall, Zenkel Hall, Jordan Hall and the Music e Arte Festival in Italy. One of my favorite projects to have worked on, was performing in the hit immersive theatre show AcousticaElectronica with ToUch Performance Art, which was deemed “Cirque du Soleil meets rave” by Dig Boston. The show offered a blend of opera, classical + electronic music, dance, and circus arts.

I have taught masterclasses both in the performing + healing arts, curated private + group healing containers and continue to weave my love of nuance, subtly, simplicity, the holy human and earth wisdom into all that I create. Recently, I have been immersed in the study of the nervous system, learning from a trauma - informed somatic oriented lens, as well as beginning collaborations for future artistic projects in varying mediums, such as photography, film, music.

Within our time together, I support you in bringing deeper attunement to your being, so that you may fully embody into your natural way of being and harmoniously interweave with the wholeness of life.
